Patricia Telesco

Patricia received her BA in Painting and Art History from Florida Atlantic University and her MS in Craft Design, Metalsmithing and Enameling from Florida State University. Telesco has exhibited throughout the US and abroad including shows in the SOFA New York as well as SOFA Chicago, Smithsonian Craft Show, Philadelphia Museum of Art, Smithsonian Institution, Shipley Arts Gallery in England and Tokyo Central Museum in Japan as well as a solo exhibition in the Huntsville Museum of Art.

Her work has been reviewed and featured in Metalsmith, American Craft and Ornament. Her awards include The Special International Award from the Tokyo Central Museum, Men’s Jewelry Design Award and Solitaire Jewelry Design Award from Diamond Information Center and DeBeers Consolidated Mines, LTD. in New York. In 1999 she received the State of Florida Individual Artist’s Fellowship and in 1993 she received the Southern Arts Federation/National Endowment for the Arts Regional Visual Arts Fellowship.

She is part of the permanent collections of Florida State University, The White House, The Huntsville Museum of Art, Slide Library of The Society of North America Goldsmiths and numerous Private Collectors. Pat Telesco lives in Gainesville, Florida.
